My boyfriend booked me a secret weekend holiday to Italy for my Birthday. Pictures and infromation to follow soon.
I have always wanted to see the Leaning Tower because I never believed it was leaning.
I would recommend the tour. The guide told me the tower had been closed for 10 years due to the problems. It was re-opened in Dec 2001. They have no idea how long they will be allowed to have the tours. |
|  | Inside the Tower The inside of the Tower is also Marble but it is not in a good state. Some of the stairs are broken and you have to be careful when walking.
There is loads of work being carried out on the Pisa - Mainly to make it safe. If this Tower fell over it would be a geat shame |

Sadly the tower was closed when I visited it. Good recommendation just the same. |
