| The many faces of Ottawa, Ontario |
My first experience with Ottawa was in March of 2003. I got to see the city in the winter; even buried in snow with a frozen canal it was still a beautiful place. I was lucky enough to return there for three weeks in the summer of 2003 and experienced EVERYTHING this great city has to offer! There are great museums, all the history you could want, government, festivals, stores and shops, bilinguallism, culture and an overwhelming natural beauty. My third, and most recent, trip to Ottawa was in March of 2004. I had another chance to experience winter in the capital, tried some new restaurants, and most notably visited the Peace Tower- one of the biggest "must sees" that I missed in my previous visits. I would like to move to Ottawa someday, but until them I'm always looking forward to going back again!
