The reason
The only reason we go up to Oxnard is because they have the cheapest Chinese buffet ever. We go there for lunch buffet almost every weekend. It's a nice drive along the PCH hehe (where else?) for me at least. It's $7/person for lunch, and I believe it's $10/person for dinner. Refill drinks and tons of food. Keep 'em coming.
Other than cheap Chinese buffet, Oxnard is famous for strawberries. Oh yea they've the biggest strawberries I've ever seen and ate. Real sweet too :D

Are you talking about Super King Buffet on Channel Islands Blvd? We had a surprise party for my dad's 65th bday there...and it was surprisingly good! I grew up in Oxnard--great strawberry pics!
