Angkor Wat, what a marvel. Highest peak standing at 65meters, can be seen miles away, even from my hotel room at Princess Angkor. But only the tip of the peak that was visible. Cambodia, according to my driver, Hok, is a flat land, and it sure looked like it when peering out of my window. According to Hok also, no building should be higher than the tallest peak, as a way to show respect to the temple. |
