Frankfurt, the financial center of Germany, was the last stop on our Eurowhirl in 2006. We were only there for about a day and 1/2 but we got to see some sights and try the apfelwein. |

I've always resented that Hilton Hotel because it was built on the site of an old indoor pool where I used to swim daily when my office was just up the street. But I'm glad you enjoyed your stay there. (And skipped the overpriced 29-Euro breakfast!) |
