Mammoth Mountain is Southern California's winter playground. There's something for everyone here, from double-blacks to easy green slopes. And if you are not the skiing/boarding type, there are plenty of places to sled or ice skate. And if you are not the active kind, there are plenty of places to get a hot toddy. The locals are very friendly, and the town is fun year round.
