Munich is a very relaxing metropolis: millions of trees, beautifull old buildings, wonderfull museums, great saunas, a superb botanical garden and an excellent public transportsystem. There is a lot to do in Munich, but the city is also a few hours away from the Alps, where you can find Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein.
If you are touring Germany, Berlin is not to be missed, but Munich comes second. |
