The ethernal flame in Jerusalem - Jerusalem

I went on a two week charter trip to Israel (and Egypt) in the 80s with my father. Then it where not so dangerous as it is today. We spent most of the time in Netanya which is a small town on the coast, In February it was quite cold and not much to do for a 16 year old boy/man?.

We took a guided trip to Jerusalem on day, visiting all tourist places (See "Things to Do"). To actually see all the places you have heard of was a strange experience. I had some kind of mental picture of how the places would look like which was completely wrong of course. (See "General Tips")
