You betcha! I spent about four years getting my bachelor's in St. Paul. Since I only stayed their during terms, I can't say I explored the city much. However, I'll try to put as much as I can remember in order to help the fellow VTs have a good time during their stay.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Art exhibitions, coffee houses, fairs, outdoor activities.
Cons:Freezing cold
In a nutshell:The Twin Cities have a lot to offer whether you live there or just stop by for a short period, art, culture, shopping and all sorts of entertainment are there, but you will need to be prepared for the cold during winter.
