Getting around Kyrenia is easy - if you are staying close to the marina (old harbor), then you can almost walk to all the attractions in the city.
If not, the hotels provide shuttles to city center, serving with short intervals.
Then there is always the public bus or taxi option. The taxi fares are not exactly cheap but not be well worth in the middle of the night, or for out-of-the-way destinations.
