    Getting TO/AROUND: There are only two types of transportation in Venice - by water, or on your feet. There are no bikes, vespas, nothing... So if you are staying there and need to travel fast you could take a taxi-boat, a vaporetto or simply walk with a healthy rhythm. It's quite easy to get around the city, once you know the names of all the major places. Otherwise you might find yourself in a labyrinth...
