Spago-Las Vegas: Spectaular Service and Great Food

Wanting to try something new we decided on Wolfgang Pucks Spago-Las Vegas. Part of the fun of eating at Spago is the ability to eat a very fine meal and people watch at the same time. Since it is inside the Forum Shops at Caesers Palace there are lots of people to watch. This can be accomplished by being seated in the cafe part of the restaurant. There is usually a wait but it is worth it. The cafe menu is a bit lower priced then the dining room menu but the food and service is still spectacular. When I say service I mean the best I have ever had! The waiter was right there to keep the water filled and if you set down an empty glass of soda or tea it was whisked away and another set in its place before you could even pick up your fork. The food was superb! Looked good and tasted even better.You get a basket of bread with your meal that is a culinary delight in itself. If you are in the mood for a more elegant meal have a seat in the dining room.

Favorite Dish: Don started off with chilled tomato gazpacho with avocado cream, tortilla chips, and cilantro for $6 then he had a pizza consisting of pepperoni, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and shaved red onions for about $13. I had a chinese chicken salad with asian vegetables, crisp wonton, and honey mustard for about $13. Both excellent!
