    This is wonderful coffee house located in beautiful location on the walls with a beautiful view from its upper level. I guess it’s the best place for a coffee & cake in this island :)

    Cefa Medina is one of the popular ones in the real tourist area and crowded part of Mdina old city. On a late lunch break it did serve very good coffee and pizza.
