    • I was walking around the Floyen mountain and getting a bit further from the tourist place there is nice forest and small lake. In the summer you can even swim in those clear but cold water.

    • Welcome to Scandinavia, there is forest just by the edge of the city, in this case, here at the Floyen mountain, just few minutes walk from the top stop of the funicular train.

    • Bergen is between the mountains and while you get further away from the centre it is getting elevated and at some place it is really steep, there are lots of stairs to climb, very healthy if you ask me ;-)

    • This is the New Church, about 200 years old that was damage during the war but repaired and restored as it used to be.

    • Is such thing really named in English; Fire Station? Anyhow, this nice red tower is where those red noisy cars get out on a high speed when someone calls them in an emergency ;-)

    • There is aquarium in Bergen but they told me there is no normal Zoo here? Really? So, just to let you know, there is a Zoo here with very beautiful animals :-)
