I must say that I haven’t heard about this place before and I still do not know exactly what there is to see or do here, but I was told that this is very famous place.

  • The Pigalle in general is one of the centres of nightlife in Paris, it is not all about sex industry, there are plenty of just good coffee shops, restaurants, bars and clubs and surely something will always be to your taste.

Strolling in Paris is lovely, of course when the weather permits it. Here are few nice images I took at night.

I am also not a big fan of queuing. That's why I haven't been up the Eifel Tower since Wednesday, October 26, 1966. But maybe next year. My son used to live on the 28th floor of Tour Chambord, so we had some fairly good views from up there.

No, never carry a water bottle. Wine is so much cheaper. ;) More info for the brewery needed. lol Hmm, shopping..ok, ok, I see what you are up to. ;> Beer, in Paris? Why not? :)

I do speak a very basic French, but still my feelings about this place are mixed. Not so sure how quick I'll be with the page building - I'll leave some time to digest all Paris impressions.

Interesting page on Paris with good tips, Gil. Why there is no warning about the beer?... As I am wondering... is it worth to go there anyway?:)
