Palm Springs is a Golfer's Paradise but it does have diversions for those who are not Golfers. My wife and I found a neat hiking trail on an Indian Reservation located in Tahquitz Canyon. There is a tram ride to the top of Idylwyld Mountain where you go from desert to Alpine Forest in 30 minutes. There is an air museum and some terrific bike trails along with restaurants ranging from fast food to 5 star dining. |
