CWS Rosenblatt Stadium

Corn, Cornhuskers, Corn fed beef, College World Series. Ain't that enuf fer ya? Pic at Rosenblatt Stadium, home of the College World Series in Omaha. That is the NCAA College Championship. Does not mean a lot to some folks but means a lot to me.

Baseball is the reason

As a baseball fan and former player this is one of the true geogrphic magnets of the game. Yankee Stadium, Fenway Park, Dodger Stadium and a few others are up there but Rosenblatt is the true home of amateurs as it is the NCAA Championship home. Just like the Little League World Series(LLWS) is set in Pennsylvannia, the College World Series (CWS) is set here every year.

Mark of Success

This plaque commemorates the champions of the 1990's. I hope one day to actually attend the CWS and maybe, just maybe, I will get to see Tanner play there.
