Best Sunsets in Jamaica

Negril is renowned for it's sunsets, laid back lifestyle, and marvelous beaches. It does not dissapoint in any of those categories. It does not matter if you want the 5 star expereince or the backpacker experience, Negril has it all.

Unlike a lot of other areas in Jamaica, the beach in Negril can be wandered freely even if you are not staying at the resort along a particular stretch. This irks the resorts but it is much more fair. Being from California I feel that this is the most fair and equitable way of handling it. Most of us will never be able to afford beach front property so if we put it off limits to those who cannot afford it we will have a society out of balance.

After all, there is someting special about where the land meets the sea. We are drawn to it as if we are returning to where our ancient primordial ancestors crawled from to begin life on land.

    wow is there a Margaritaville in Negril. I went to the one in Mo Bay last yr and loved it. Cant wait to go to Negril :)
