Edinburgh is many people's favorite city in Scotland. It's full of history, good restaurants and a wonderful art museum pictured here. Some of these photos look like postcards, but I swear they're mine!
My favorite place was the Palace of Holyrood House. It's at the lower end of The Royal Mile. It's an easy and interesting stroll down from the top of the hill. www.aboutbritain.com has some very good information about Edinburgh .. and Glasgow. |
