A NEW LIFE

SKYLINE - OLD AND NEW
And some other places that say "London." My new home... new places and foods - a new life!
Near Portobello Road

Notting Hill/Portobello Road

I recently passed this corner again on a return trip to Portobello Market after many years away. Nothing had changed, including the crowds on Saturday. Best bargain? I think it was the breads.

Tate Modern

Some exhibitions aren't free but this museum's architecture is amazing. The restaurant is also first-rate.

Thank you for your kind comment on my Haarlem page. Preparing a new visit to London I looked with much interest to your restaurant reviews, especially the Indian ones. As for Van Goch the Musée d'Orsay has some of his best paintings as you have seen.
