PROVENCE

STREET SCENE
This region of France is one of my favorite parts of the world. I can never visit it enough. It's hard to capture the smell of lavender or grapes with a photo - try and explore this region for yourself.

When I think of Provence, this sort of street comes to mind - bright blue skies and a Van Gogh painting - outdoor cafes in St. Remy, outdoor markets and wonderful food

On my first trip, we stayed in 3 hotels, 3 days each. That way we saw each area and what it had to offer.

I haven't seen Les Baux nor Fontaine de Vaucluse since a school trip to Arles in 1962! I Googled the hotel we stayed in and tis still there! The tree outside is bigger! D x

After a bottle or deux of local plonk on a hot lazy summer day with breathtaking scenery and an ambiance to enhance the senses seems like a perfect place to spend for a week or two. Greetings from Budapest :=)
