My favorite photo from this wonderful city. This is the Paris I love - Rue Mouffetard.
These pictures were taken quite a few years ago, but that's the beauty of Paris. It really never changes very much and remains magical.
This is the wonderful view from my hotel window. We've found the perfect place for us - in the 6th - and we stay there each time we go to Paris. Their price is fantastic for such a location, and the management couldn't be nicer. We're one block from a Metro station or the RER. If you recognize the building next door, then you'll know where my hotel is!

I hope to see the Memorial to the Transported that you mentioned next time. Really had to search as I didn't know its English name, nor had I seen it before... Square de l'île-de-France, tip of Ile de la Cité. You've got mail. :)

"I felt as if I was in a movie." -- When I was in Paris last June there was a great exhibit in the Hotel de Ville called Paris au Cinema. That afternoon I actually saw some people shooting a film on the street, in front of the café where I was sitting.
I feel that the name that this paris strip joint has is an insult to the American Indians. It should be changed. I guess they need to put one in and call it the Degaul Strip Joint Souix
