This is my not so new news .. I got married on June 22, 2006. Now there's some news! Photos are below.
Following my own advice, I have changed my script and moved to Leatherhead, Surrey (see my Leatherhead page) in 2004.... so that I didn't suffer the eternal loss. Leatherhead is on the River Mole... a lovely, small town with beautiful views as one walks to the High Street.
We moved to a new home of our own in April, 2007. Here's a link to some photos of the manse. It's a nice, woodsy area but close to the High St.

I'm just sorry life is so short. I still have 259 places left to see in my wanderlustful time left here on earth. Make that 256, I got to the Isle of Wight in May and Norfolk in June of 2006, and in 2007 it was Seattle, Los Angeles, Barcelona and Dublin. So far in 2008, we've been to Amsterdam and the U.S. is again on the horizon this summer (twice), as is Germany... and more of England of course.
OK - all of a sudden, it's 2009! Lisbon is April, NYC and Phila. (home!) for May and Seattle, hopefully, in July to see the family. If all my money isn't lost by the autumn, perhaps we'll get to Europe mainland again. And of course, there are the occasional hops over to Paris.
I think of VT as as the cyber UN - many people coming together for good, not evil. I treasure the friends I've made here. |

Thanks for birthday greetings. Current itinerary is Boston burbs until August, SLC, UT til September, then Long Beach, CA, Pensacola, Fl, and back to Boston for departure to Paris in January. Portugal is not on the calendar for 2010, but Spain may be. | zuriga Mon Jun 29, 2009 05:54 UTC
London is slower-paced than NYC, but it's still a bit 'fast,' compared to my sleepy town. I try to get to Paris once a year.. it's one of my favorites - always. Where in VA are you? |
