The first time I went to India was in 1998, for vacation. I traveled all around the country with friends of mine from school who are originally from Madras. [The photo here is of my friend Srid, standing next to our rented Ambassador--a 1997 model!] Soon afterwards, I found out that my new job also required frequent travel to India--so I've been back many times since then. I've been to a lot of cities in India--ask me about any of them. The list includes Bombay, Delhi, Chennai, Calcutta, Goa, Trivandrum, Pune, Hyderabad, Madurai, Shimla, Manali, Bangalore, Agra, Jaipur, Kodaikanal, Haridwar, Thekkady, Kochi, Udaipur, Kovalam, and Varkala.
