In September 2002, my friend Kathy and I jetted over to Lisbon for a five-day city break. For this trip, I got some great ideas from VT member jfavita, who happened to mention in one of his e-mails that one of the best things about Lisbon was the quality of the light, especially as it reflected off the white paving stones that make up the city's sidewalks. That turned out to be exactly right--this photo is about the best I can do to demonstrate. |
