trip finished...status=made it back alive. Just starting on some small stuff. will be adding over the next week or so, waiting for some underwater pictures -enjoy.
...I didn't have the greatest appreciation for aruba. After over hearing others on the plane ride back my assumption would be that you either "love it or hate it".
The trip went generally well -with our 9 month winter we had this year in New England a beach trip was DUE.
My feelings were that the island was generally "dirty" meaning trash on the sides of streets half broken structures, and it seemed nothing was cared for other than establishments.
a good portion of the people were not very friendly. I like to see more happy people when I am on vacation.
The snorkeling made our trip, it was beautiful. more to come |
