Multiple tips on the Technical Museum Olga but I was desperate to find a restaurant tip so I could claim that I'd seen Bistra's Bistro! Go back and photo one, quick!

You are right, Bistra castle looks really idyllic. I won't forget. For grinding flour, the important is not the power (water vs electricity) but the millstone, (stone vs steel). Unfortunately, electricity usually goes with steel!

What a great castle and not the style you normally see. I could imagine a wedding there. The technical museum looks really interesting. Each house with a bridge sounds fabulous.
