  • In this part of Vienna, fiakers are seen all the time. Lines of coaches, in front of the points, interesting for tourist, are waiting for clients. Always is found somebody, tired, with painful legs, or just to ride in coach.

  • Across from St. Stephan's cathedral, on the corner of the Graben and Stephansplatz, stands the Haas House. This shiny chrome and glass building is very interesting among the complete different style of other buildings around

  • This photo was taken in Graben - the pedestrian zone in Vienna. You can admire many of very interesting statues . This one was erected as Plague spot.

  • Vienna's Rasthaus was errected in new-gothic style. Its rich facade is dominated by the towering 98m high central spire, on top of which stands the Rathaus Man, copper statue.

     I also went to that Dürer exhibition when I was in Vienna in October 2003. It was fantastic, but *very* crowded! I haven't been back to Vienna since then, but hope to return sometime in 2008.
