Its a city that has been there for the last 2000 years. Has some of most beautiful monuments, parks, ruins. It happens to be capital of India. All our major ploiticians and strategists live here.
Thankfully Delhi is changing for good. We have more parks, better pollution management, more flyover but above all metro-which has made travelling easier for millions.
It also has great street food.
Lotus temple in the South delhi belongs to the Bahai sect. Its a beautiful piece of architechure and looks like white lotus. The temples does not have any idols or preaching inscribed inside the main temple area. People from all sects and religions are welcomed. Whats strikes the moment one enters the main temple is its serenity and calm. The volunters here are pretty strict and one is not allowed to make and kind of noise inside the main temple.
Another thing that fasinates is that it is much larger than what it appears to be in the photographs. Must see, especially early morning...
Very close to India gate, its worth going for people with interest in arts.
- Pros:Beautiful, green, lots of history.
- Cons:Auto rickshaw drivers, Beware of crooks
- In a nutshell:I do not see myself living else where

found quite disappointing. 01.almost same even after 9 years 02. Nothing much 03. Only few birds 04. A lion, couple of white tigers, panther was satisfying to some extend pls ctc for more info Best regards.....V.Mishra 09312286625
