The YWCA is located on Georgia and Beatty; across from Skytrain, GM Place, 3 blocks from Yaletown and a short walk from the Sea Wall.
It's a clean, comfortable no frills place with an extremely helpful desk team. Use of Y-recreation facilities a few blocks away.
You can chose a single with shared or in-room bath (if available) for about $60 Canadian. (There's a sink and mini-fridge in each room.) If you're travelling with a group, they even have quad rooms. The prices are on the Web site.
If you're the kind of traveller that does NOT hang out in your room, but prefers to be out roaming, (and to spend you money on attractions and great dinners) stay here.
