Welcome to my hometown, BARCELONA.
I love my city, it's great!! It has beaches, a natural park on the mountain, an amusement park, cinemas, theatre, an olympic stadium, an aquarium, Imax, 5 important shopping areas, metro, buses, trains and an airport that makes its network the best of the area.
I'm sure that most of you have heard of Barcelona, specially for the Olympics in 1992. Barcelona changed a lot because of the games.
The city was oppened to the sea, new beaches, Maremagnum, El Port Vell...
Barcelona started being a beauty! Arrangements in the streets were made, new services were in order, a new city was awaking!

Tourist Office Information of museums, and activities have been recollected from the Tourist Office of Barcelona.
There are three permanent Tourist Offices in the city:
*Placa Catalunya 17, in front of the big department stores El Corte Ingles
Metro Catalunya line 1 (red) and line 3 (green), FGC: Catalunya. RENFE: Catalunya. Aerobus: last stop from the airport. Timetable: 9-21h
*Placa Sant Jaume. In the city hall. Metro Liceu line 3 (green) and Jaume I line 4 (yellow)9-21h*Sants Station. Inside the station, close by the lockers and McDonald's. 8-20h
These Offices close 1st January and 25th December.
