| Ha Long bay from Sung Sot caves |
Spent my New Year's on a boat in Ha Long Bay.
A most interesting experience.
Also made it to Sung Sot caves (the Surprise Grotto), a magnificent cave filled with magnificent karst formations. Am also grateful for my old geography lessons for lessons in staglamite and the lot :-)
BUT I DIDN'T GET TO SEE ANY BOATS WITH LARGE ORANGE SAILS !!! |
