Cozumel shoreline!

We took a day trip to Cozumel to see the sights,do some shopping & to go snorkling (not necessarily in that order). It was a good idea to take a boat ride & go snorkling because of being able to see the town & hotels as you make your way to the reef. I was a nice sunny day,the water was crystal clear & the beers were cold-----what else could you ask for.

The streets are actually fairly quiet traffic wise during the day except for all the taxis driving up & down looking for fairs.

Come night time, all the lights come on the it seems that the traffic really picks up. It's bumper to bumper traffic in both directions along the shoreline. That's also when the retaurants & bars seem to also get really busy.

Pros and Cons

In a nutshell:Unfortunately one afternoon was not long enough to see & do all that you want in Cozumel, I would recommend getting there early in the morning.

In Cosumel I would greatly recommend going to The Mission. The meals were excellent & the entertainment was good. more travel advice

I have never here but its one of my sisters favorite vacation spots. After seeing your pictures I can understand why.
