The famous water ballet (a $30 million spectacle) is performed in the Fountains of Bellagio. More than 1000 fountain nozzles, 4500 lights and 27 million gallons of water combine to create dancing waters choreographed to music by artists like Pavoroti and Sinatra. Some jets spray nearly 250 ft into the air. Performances during the day are every half hour, while performances at night are every 15 minutes. I had the opportunity to experience the ballet once during the day and twice at night. I recommend that everyone watch a performance during both night and day. I abolutely loved the ones at night- they were so beatiful.

Go see the Fremont Street Experience, a pedestrian street sheltered by an electric canopy on which a one of a kind sound and light show is performed. The light shows are presented every hour using 2 million lights and 540,000 watts of concert quality sound. On the street you'll also see the iconic Vegas Vic and Vegas Vickie neon signs. Additionally, there are a bunch of commercial outlets and kiosks where you can buy cheap souvenirs. Oh, and don't forget the hotels/casinos that line the street as well!

Paris Las Vegas is the city of lights in the city of lights. The property consists of replicas of the Arc de Triomphe (built at two-thirds the scale), the Paris Opera House, the Louvre, the Around the World in Eighty Days ballon marquee, and of course, the Eiffel Tower. The hotel itself is a 34-storey 4-winged hotel that is modelled after the 800 year old Hôtel de Ville, which is now Paris City Hall. The Eiffel Tower stands 540 feet tall and has a small observation deck at 460 feet. Inside, the casino gaming tables sit under faux Art Nouveaux-style Metro arches. The sinks of the rest rooms are even made of French porcelain. The shopping area is sits at Le Boulevard, a half-mile cobblestone "street" of small boutiques and restaurants. One of the restaurants you'll find is Le Village Buffect, offering French food from five provinces of France.
