Main Street

This is where all the bustle of the island takes place. You can shop, eat, rent bikes, and even visit a haunted house here. There are so many fudge shops located here, you can smell the sweet aroma all around!

Mackinac Island Post Office

It's not really a must-see, but i think their postal system is pretty neat. When you mail a letter to someone on the island, you don't need to write the address of the person. This is because the mail is not delivered- residents go to the post office to pick up their mail.

Grand Hotel

Ok, this is more like a tourist trap but it's still worth seeing once. The Grand Hotel is the largest resort in the world with the world's longest porch at 660 feet. It costs $10 US to just walk in and around the place. But it is really nice inside.

Mackinac Bridge

This is the longest suspension bridge over freshwater. It's 5 miles long, and you can see 2 of the Great Lakes on both sides- Lake Huron on the East, and Lake Michigan on the West.
