This was my #1 thing on my to do list while in Madrid. I have never been to a european Footbal(soccer) match. First off we had to get tickets and after the concierge at the Palace Hotel tried to make us pay him 175 euro's each we decided to goto the stadium (took the subway right to it). There were still tickets for sale and the line was about 100ft long so we decided to buy them from a scalper. We paid 60 Euro's for face value 45 euro tickets and did not have to wait inline. The tickets were on the third tier out of 5 tiers and were good seats. There are no vendors walking up and down the aisle at the stadium so bring in some food and snacks.
