Entering Santiago...

I'm tired.

But I'm happy too because this is the end of my trip. I've covered more than 700 km. in one month and I'm excited.

As I enter the old town silence seizes me. I observe people and shops while I'm heading to the center of the city. I can't believe I've been walking for a so long time to arrive here.

Finally, I turn the corner and see a big square. I go to the center and turn back.

I'm looking to the Cathedral of Santiago.

I have good memories of Santiago because I was in good mood when I entered the city. I can't say a bad thing about the city. If I would be living there for some years I would probably be bored of the city, but I was there only for 3 days so everything were good experiences.

La Plaza del Obradoiro, the square in which the cathedral is located, is a wide square where lots of people meet everyday. Most of people are pilgrims who end there their travel and meet their friends. Some of them are waiting you. Maybe you saw them last time 300 km away from Santiago. That square is probably one of the biggest and charming meeting points in the world.
