"Surprisingly Nice Town" a Omaha Travel Page by TRimer

I was not too thrilled when I was assigned to go to Omaha for work. Having such exciting locales as Columbus and Detroit in my territory, I assumed that Omaha would be much more of the same. But much to my surprise, the Omaha Old Market district turned out to be a really nice place! There is a wide selection of restaurants and cute little boutiques. I had only 2 hours in the evening to do some browsing/shopping and would you just know that my boss then wanted an update. Still, I was able to get a good amount of looking in that evening. The Old Market district is well worth staying an extra day or two to enjoy. Now that a good friend has moved there, I cannot wait to go back for a visit.
