Restaurant Name: Mannheimer Hofbrau
Designed as a beer hall and although the name suggests they brew beer here, I didn't see where! but not a bad pint of pils and a great Marzen to be had. Food excellent, and a good choice for vegetarians too with very friendly staff, if you're having only one meal out in Mannheim - try this one!

Restaurant Name: Murphys Law
The first time I've ventured into an "Irish" pub outside of Ireland, and only because they were advertising England v Turkey on the tv. Have to say the place was busy, friendly, cheap and the food was good too - not much like any pub in Ireland I've been into - but a good experience and recommended for a lively night out!

Interesting old pub in the city centre. Tasty food, but then I love rosti! and beer too. Busy and friendly, good place to pop into for a pint and snack.
