Only 9 hours in Zagreb, shame I felt we should have spent longer, but we had a train to catch! Enjoyed exploring, although first impressions going into town on the train were not good (you always see the worst of everywhere on the train don't you?) once we left the station things improved greatly.
Here's just a little of what we saw.

Well, after that taster 9 years ago finally revisited. 3 hugely enjoyable days in town for us - coinciding with my 50th birthday too!

A decent hotel to report on, a visit to Maximir park and zoo, the upper and lower towns explored and, of course, so eating and drinking to mention as well.
