Foz do Iguacu

Favorite thing: the main attraction in Parana, people flock to see the Cataratas de Iguacu, formed by the River Iguacu and Parana. both River over ca 280 rapids until the Water falls from a height of 90m . the biggest Falls are on the argentine site, but the best views, in my humble opinion, are from the braz. site..but then I might be bias.
the Parque do Iguacu is awesome and more accessible at the argentine site....excellent walkways too!
the Falls are situated ca 30min from the Town of Iguacu...on the bras.site

Fondest memory: the Accommodation 'Hotel Foz do Iguacu" build around 1930, directly above the Falls, amazing luxury even it was only for one nite...amazing!!
the Falls reunite 3 Countries. Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay, one has the choice and possibility to visite all 3 Countries, without any great formalities.I heard People saying...poor Niagara, while standing and admiring the Foz
