from the surrounding Cliffs.the Beach and the Kaikoura Ranges the name Kaikoura means=grayfish (koura) food (kai)..eating Grayfish
swim with the Dolphins

and its Marine Life

the Dolphins
the Sperm Whale. you don't have to go Whale watching ...walking along the coast, you sometimes lucky seeing them from far, better even...have your binocolus handy

 This looks like such a beautiful place and your photos are awesome. I would love to take that ferry ride from Wellington to Picton. I find the small font on your page a little hard to read - any chance of enlarging it for the old and decrepit ?

 What a wonderful view over Picton harbour. Amazing page as we're used to. This gravel road in Warning tip make me crazy to drive there ASAP. I've seen a whale only once in northern California but it was a small dot on a horizon :)
