almost unique in the World, 25 km south of Oamaru along State Highway 1, seen from the Cliffs, emerging out of the Pacific Ocean
but once out of the sea, the boulders are slowly destroyed by the sea.
closely observed by the Locals and they will tell you, each visit to the beach provides a different picture.

My goodness !! These boulders look.... marvellous !!! Ahh, I must see them one day :-)) Ahh, and if these cute blue eyed penguins trott along as well.... maybe I steal one and adopt him :-))

Those boulders are other-worldly looking!! The ocean can certainly cough up some strange things! Great restaurant tip too.

Wow are those boulders for real? very unique and great info on them Wal.. amazing. Next time I need to go further south.
