I live around the Corner, and
it's the place with the best Beaches, great food, fine walks around the Porthills, and a great scenic drive to the Port of Lyttelton. from Evans Pass you have a great view over Christchurch and Pegasus Bay...in Summer the view stretches to Kaikoura and the Rangers of the Southern Alps
in Winter, good too like today, in July 2006..smog is blocking the vista. still, it has been a warmish winterday |
