weather in Brasil tempoagora |
| | the confluence of the Rio Negro and Solimoes, where black and white waters meet and becomes the Amazon River with over 6000km of lenght, crossing actually the whole continent of the north of South America the Amazon is hot and humid all year long, then it boils down to the 'rainiest' month from Dec through March are the heaviest downpoors, the river rises, flooding of the Rainforest and the animals seek try land. at that time many are seen crossing the river. the try season is from June through August, but still, it rains, not as much and heavy but still rain is rain, the humidity is a little lower too and the heat a little less opressive |
the two great brazilian Cities at the Amazon are Belem at the mouth of the great River and Manaus, is the name of an indiginous tribe, who lived in this particular area, the Manaos....meaning Mother of God in their native language. 1450km upstream at the confluence of the Rio Negro and Solimoes who form the Amazon. Both Cities grew rapitly at rubber boom years. the Custom Hause, build by the british, with british material, blocks prefabricated in England, and then a little Rubber-plantseed left the country too, to be planted by the british in Asia..and the Boom for Manaus was over..so the Story goes | | |
