Santa Maria do Erval Travel Guide: 13 reviews and 25 photos

the road I travelled.....countless times, once a big snake crossed and once I ran over a big, but harmless spider, she wasn't quick enough.....suppose, I travelled too fast
Santa Maria do Herval has is name from the acres of Mate Tree's growing here. extensive cultivation and burn offs, made this area a very fertil land.
Boa Vista do Herval on a round 800m altitude, meaning.......beautiful views

between Santa Maria do Herval and Boa Vista do Herval, this beautiful Waterfall, Caracol falls over 125m deep. surrounded by native bush and lovely waterholes, the campground is quite a retreat

after a hart days work, home in Boa Vista do Herval.
as a nurse, I had to service a widespread community, settlements often separeted by miles. in denser areas even a jeep could not get through, horses an obvious choice.

Must have been very nice to work there :-) Kartoffelfest sounds funny - did you teach them the german name too ? From how you write about this place, you must go back one day to hug your friends again !

a poignant piece that portrays real living in Santa Maria do Erval (sp). Captivating narrative with your charming memories of a time gone by. Genuine, positive, candid, perceptive, and oh, so interesting. Thanks ever so much.

from time to time it would be good to go to places without electricity and then rush back quickly again because VT does not run by cerosine...

Ich glaube ich brauche gar nicht mehr nach Brasilien - Deine Seiten sind eine billige Alternative zur Reise und zudem zeigen sie doch (fast) alles von diesem Land
