OK, "whirlwind" isn't really fair -- it was shorter than that. My time in Athens was severely limited, by design and by hurricane-induced fate. It's definitely a city I'd like to revisit and explore. For now, what you'll find here are just a couple of tips and some pictures from the Acropolis -- the only site I saw. Here is a picture of me, holding up one of the caryatids. |
