...I've got this book Die Rote erde ...about Westfalen ...Have enjoyed it for like 30 years ...an old picture book 60s vintage I think...theres are pix of Munsterland Water castles and new industrial cities...of ancient rocks and half timbered villages nestled in the hills of the Sauerland and Siegerland ...Theres alot going on in this "land".... A road less traveled by American tourists...but some interesting destinations from the Mighty Kolner Dom (right outside the Bahnhof ) and Rhein cafes in Cologne to the Teuteburger Wald in the North ...We lived in Hamm-Rhynern for about seven years when I was a teenager/young adult,thats when I got the book. We go back and visit from time to time ...It still kinda feels like home.

We also spent an afternoon in Kleve, there was a rock concert on in that place on the hilltop, check out my pages, cheers
