Paju is a South Korean county on the border with North Korea. It contains Panmunjeom which is the area where South and North officials meet to discuss DMZ matters. Due to this, both sides maintain propaganda villages adjacent to the border. The North Korean one is spotless but totally unoccupied.

Nice little page! I too visited this area, but didn't get many photos. I think I really wanted a picture in the "Third Tunnel of Aggression."

Jim, have you seen the Korean film Joint Security Area? It's brilliant. You can get it on DVD with English sub-titles.
