Getting TO/AROUND: We caught a coach bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpor which only took 5 hours. This included a lunch stop and of course 2 customs check points. Be sure to have your passport! The coach we took was Aeroline. It was very comfortable and had an onboard tv screen which they played two movies during the trip and plenty of refreshments were served on board. Cost was $47.00SG however it was worth it for the comfort.

Getting TO/AROUND: We found the taxi system the way to go. Very cheap and fast. There are taxi's everywhere and you can often flag them down from the street. We found that many taxi's driving past would often slow down and ask if we didnt a ride, which most of the time we did.

Air Travel: KLIA Airport - The Aerotrain

Getting TO/AROUND: I took a Malaysian Airlines flight from Perth to Kuala Lumpur. Great flight. A tip for those new to the airport is when you get off the plane....take the aerotrain to the main terminal. At the main terminal you pick up your luggage and go through immigration. The aerotrain takes 2 minutes and only one stop!

Getting TO/AROUND: I find the Airport Limo service hassle free whenever i need to get to KL from the airport. Particularly if you have quite a bit of luggage that would not fit into a normal taxi. Its a set price based on where you are going. The taxi's are luxury taxi's, very comfortable. You go to the counter after passing through immigration, buy a ticket. Look out for the counter that has family van signs on it - its the same business. Take the ticket to the taxi's waiting and off you go.
